As of 2012, Obama had been re-elected...The narrow advantage of a small popular vote is no mandate for his policies or his personal chosen lifestyle and values (or lack thereof!)...

And concerning electoral votes?... 

Obama's marginal "victory" has been pronounced under a cloud of dark circumstances surrounding voting irregularities.

America in general is becoming Sodom and Egypt...and many of God's saved, born again people within the nation continue to turn to their own fleshly impulses of sinful indulgences. The salt has lost its savour...(nutritional value and enhancement to taste)...

The following passage from the oldest book of the bible is instructive and sobering:

Job 21: 17 - 20

17 How oft is the candle of the wicked put out! and how oft cometh their destruction upon them! God distributeth sorrows in his anger.

18 They are as stubble before the wind, and as chaff that the storm carrieth away.

19 God layeth up his iniquity for his children: he rewardeth him, and he shall know it.

20 His eyes shall see his  destruction, and he shall drink of the wrath of the Almighty.

The storm that hit the nation's heart; the Northeast, just before Obama's reelection... fits this passage very well. And ANOTHER major storm soon headed to the same area. Over 1 Million people were without power...many deaths, many homeless...many without water, food, communications and other basic necessities! And another hit was on the way...the liberal politicians are profiling and posturing but not much happened to alleviate the suffering.

The LORD (Jehovah God) is allowing Satan's torments to wake up Americans and especially His lukewarm children... to chasten...and "urge" them to seek Him as desperation drives them to their knees.

 America wants to be like Sodom? God will see to it that the nation gets its wish, unless their is a great repentance toward God and faith in the LORD Jesus Christ for salvation.

Repentance begins at the house of God...to see revival and healing come to the nation.

2 Chronicles 7:14 is quite famous:

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Through a corrupt stolen election, Obama is still involved controlling Biden. The Cabal is warring against Trump and the white hat patriots. Judgment is soon coming.
